Initiate Your Request

Log into your Reboot account and navigate to your order history to select the specific electronics you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and avoid restocking fees.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
